Minara describes itself as an AI-native financial operating system — a personal trading agent with a 24/7 Autopilot and a no-code workflow builder, running on EVM chains and Solana. Fere AI compiles a sentence into readable rules, dry-runs them, then walks them up a ladder from monitor to paper to capped live trading. These are the two closest products on the market to each other. The honest comparison is not what each can do, because the feature lists rhyme — it is what happens in the gap between having an idea and having it trade your money.

Why traders choose Fere AI
- Nothing goes live blind. Every strategy runs once before it deploys and shows you the exact alert or trade it would have produced. You see the first fill before it is real.
- You hold the key that signs. Minara's own documentation says it generates and operates your controlling key on your behalf. Fere's keys sit in a TEE and export to MetaMask or Phantom whenever you want them.

Where they differ
The gap between an idea and a live position
Minara's pitch is that the agent trades while you sleep. Fere's is that you should not have to trust that on day one. A Fere strategy starts as a monitor if it does not need funds, dry-runs once to show you the exact order it would have placed, paper-trades next, and only then goes live under a cap — and every promotion is yours to make. Neither approach is wrong. If you have run the strategy before and want it on immediately, Minara's route is shorter. If the strategy came out of your head five minutes ago, the ladder is the point.
Two honest readings of non-custodial
Both products are non-custodial and both say so plainly. Minara's wallet-security docs describe a per-user wallet using EIP-7702 where Minara generates and operates the controlling key, protected with AWS KMS, and argue that operating the key on your behalf does not make them a custodian — you retain beneficial ownership throughout. That is a reasonable position and worth reading in their own words. Fere's model differs in one specific way: the private key is exportable to MetaMask or Phantom, so the exit does not depend on Fere existing. Which of those matters to you is a judgement about counterparty risk, not a feature comparison.
Where the strategy comes from
Fere reads traders, desks and forums continuously and compiles what it finds into strategies you can run, fork or blend, each credited to its source and carrying a thirty-day backtest. That solves a problem a builder alone does not: the blank page. Minara's answer is preset strategies and the workflow builder. If you already know exactly what you want to run, the builder is the more granular instrument; if you are starting from an idea, a sentence and a compiled spec get you there faster.
Minara strengths
- A real no-code builder. Assembling a workflow by hand gives you control at a granularity that describing it in a sentence does not.
- Hyperliquid depth. Perps are surfaced prominently across the product. If that is most of your trading, it shows.
- Account abstraction done thoughtfully. EIP-7702 with gas handled for you means no keeping a gas balance on every chain.
- Candid custody documentation. Their wallet-security page states the key arrangement openly rather than hiding behind the word non-custodial. That is rarer than it should be.
- Serious localisation. Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese, French and German content, at a volume Fere does not currently match. If English is not your first language, Minara is easier to evaluate.
Fere AI strengths
- The promotion ladder. Monitor, dry run, paper, capped live — and you decide each promotion. Nothing else in this category publishes a staged path to production.
- Rules you can read. The compiled spec is numbered plain English, not a black box or a graph you have to interpret.
